Privacy Policy

This policy explains how zombie-ai.pro (“Zombie AI,” “we,” or “us”) handles information when you use our website, account features, the photo-to-video effects, the browser tools, or our support channels.

Information We Handle

Account and sign-in information

When you create or access an account, we may process your name, email address, profile image, account identifier, authentication method, session information, and related security records. If you use Google sign-in, Google provides the profile information that you authorize; we do not receive your Google password.

Your photos and the clips we generate

The effects process the images you upload, the settings you choose, the generation jobs you start, their status, and the result links you receive. Photos and generated clips are transferred to our storage and to the video provider that renders the clip. Browser-only tools state when processing stays on your device; hosted generation always needs a network transfer.

Only upload photos you are authorized to use. An adult uploading a photo of a child or another identifiable person is responsible for having the appropriate consent. Avoid uploading photos of public figures or of anyone you do not have permission to use, and avoid including sensitive personal information in an image.

Usage and device information

We may record pages visited, feature interactions, task events, referral information, approximate region, browser and device details, IP-derived security signals, and diagnostic logs. We use this to operate the service, prevent abuse, investigate errors, and understand aggregate product usage.

Credits, orders, and billing records

We maintain credit balances, generation costs, order identifiers, subscription status, payment-provider status, refund or dispute records, and legally required accounting information. Card or wallet details are entered with the payment provider; we do not intentionally store full payment-card numbers on Zombie AI servers.

Support communications

If you contact support, we process your email address, your message, any attachments, and the service context needed to answer you. Do not send passwords, API keys, full payment credentials, or unrelated sensitive information.

Cookies, Local Storage, Analytics, and Advertising

We use cookies or similar storage where needed for authentication, security, preferences, and service operation. Optional analytics or advertising tools may also store or read identifiers when they are enabled.

Google AdSense may be used to serve ads. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver, measure, limit, or personalize ads according to your settings, region, and consent choices. Where required, a consent interface may ask you to accept, reject, or manage eligible purposes before personalized advertising is used. You can also use browser controls and Google’s ad settings. See Google’s advertising policies for more information.

Blocking optional cookies can reduce personalization or measurement, but essential account and security storage may still be required for the features you ask for.

Why We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide accounts, sessions, credits, generation jobs, downloads, and support
  • Route jobs to the storage, email, payment, and AI providers we are configured to use
  • Show the credit cost of a clip, track job status, and investigate failed generations
  • Protect users, enforce our acceptable-use rules, and reduce fraud or abuse
  • Improve reliability and understand aggregate feature usage
  • Meet legal, tax, accounting, dispute, and regulatory obligations
  • Show and measure advertising when it is enabled and permitted

Service Providers and Disclosure

We share information only as needed with service providers acting for a defined purpose, such as cloud hosting and storage, database infrastructure, Google authentication, email delivery, the video provider that renders a clip, payment processing, analytics, advertising, and customer support. These providers may process data in other countries under their own terms and legal obligations.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal process, to protect rights or safety, to investigate fraud or abuse, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell account passwords or full payment credentials because we do not receive them.

Retention and Account Deletion

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above. Retention varies by record type, provider behavior, account activity, security needs, and legal requirements.

An eligible unpaid account may be scheduled for deletion after at least 30 consecutive days without recorded activity. We provide advance notice and a reminder; signing in or using the keep-account link cancels the schedule. Accounts with payment, subscription, refund, chargeback, or dispute history are excluded from that automated rule. Certain minimized accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, legal, or email-suppression records may be retained for the applicable period.

Deleting an account does not necessarily remove data that an independent provider has retained under its own legal obligations. Contact support if you need help with an account request.

Security

We use access controls and operational safeguards appropriate to the service. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Protect your account session and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Children and Identifiable People

The service is not directed to children under 13. An adult uploading a photo of a child or another identifiable person is responsible for having appropriate authority and consent. Do not use the service to exploit, sexualize, deceive, harass, or endanger any person.

Your Choices and Requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, or to withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. You may also manage optional cookie choices where a consent interface is available.

To make a privacy request, email support@zombie-ai.pro from the account email when you can. We may need to verify your identity and retain limited records where the law requires it or where that is necessary for security and disputes.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the service, our providers, or legal requirements change. The updated date above identifies the current version. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or by account email when appropriate.
