Refund Policy

When Zombie AI refunds a credit purchase, the 3-day window, how unused credits affect a request, and how to ask.
Dec 28, 2025

Introduction

This refund policy explains when Zombie AI refunds a purchase, how unused and used credits affect a request, and the steps to take if you want one. It covers both one-time credit purchases and subscription payments. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below, subject to rights that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.

What You Buy

Every clip on Zombie AI costs 300 credits, which is a 5-second clip. $4.99 buys 300 credits (one clip), $9.99 buys 1,500 credits (five clips), and $19.99 buys 3,300 credits (eleven clips). The same three amounts are the monthly plans, and the yearly plans are $47.90, $95.90, and $191.90. Your first result is a watermarked preview. The credits remove the watermark and unlock the download.

Clips are generated by a third-party video provider. A generation can occasionally fail, and a failed generation does not charge a credit.

Refund Eligibility

Before you request a refund, review the rules below.

  1. Time limit — A refund request must be sent within 3 days of the original purchase date.
  2. Credit usage — Once any of the purchased credits have been spent, or a subscription benefit has been used, the order is no longer eligible for a refund, regardless of how much time is left in the window.
  3. Processing fees — An approved refund is issued minus any payment-processing fee charged by our payment partners.

These rules apply to both one-time credit purchases and subscription payments.

How to Request a Refund

If you meet the rules above, send your request by email.

  1. Contact us — Email support@zombie-ai.pro.
  2. Give us the details — Include your account email, the order number, the purchase date, and a short explanation of the problem.
  3. Send it on time — Make sure the email arrives within the window noted above.

What Happens Next

We aim to reply to every refund request quickly. Our team reviews the request against the rules above and tells you the decision. If a refund is approved, it is processed through the original payment method, and the time for the money to appear depends on your payment provider. The payment partner may auto-approve a request we do not answer in its own published window, which exists to protect customers.

Failed Generations

A generation that fails does not consume a credit, so there is usually nothing to refund. If a credit was charged for a clip that never produced a result, tell us the task identifier and we will correct the credit balance.

Credits After a Refund

When a purchase is refunded, any credits from that purchase are removed from your account. Credits from an earlier, separate purchase stay where they are.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the service or to legal requirements. Any update is posted on this page, so check it before you buy if the details matter to you.
