Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Zombie AI, an independent website that turns your photos into short zombie videos. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Use of the Service

Zombie AI provides accounts, credits, photo uploads, the five photo-to-video effects, job status, downloads, and browser tools. Some generation functions depend on third-party video providers and may change or become unavailable. You agree to use the service in line with the law that applies to you, our provider terms, and the rules of any platform you post to.

User Accounts and Registration

1. Account creation — Some features need an account. Provide accurate information when you register.
2. Account security — You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account.
3. Your responsibilities — Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account or another security problem.

Your Photos and Generated Clips

You keep whatever rights you already hold in the photos you upload. Only upload photos you are authorized to use, and make sure everyone in a photo has agreed to it. An adult uploading a photo of a child or another identifiable person is responsible for having the appropriate consent.

Rights in a generated clip depend on the law that applies to you, your rights in the uploaded photos, and the terms of the provider that renders the clip. We do not promise that a clip qualifies for copyright or that you hold exclusive rights in it.

Credits and Pricing

One clip costs 300 credits, which is a 5-second clip. $4.99 buys 300 credits (one clip), $9.99 buys 1,500 credits (five clips), and $19.99 buys 3,300 credits (eleven clips). The same three amounts are the monthly plans; the yearly plans are $47.90, $95.90, and $191.90. There are no free credits: your first result is a free watermarked preview, and a paid credit removes the watermark and unlocks the download.

Generation is probabilistic and depends on the provider. Paying does not guarantee a particular creative result, queue position, or model availability. A generation that fails does not charge a credit. Prices may change, and the plans in effect at checkout govern your purchase.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. A request must reach us within 3 days of the purchase date, the purchased credits must be unused, and an approved refund is issued minus any payment-processing fee. Please read that policy before you buy.

Content and Intellectual Property

The Zombie AI interface, original site content, and service code belong to zombie-ai.pro or its licensors. The upstream models and third-party services used for generation belong to their respective owners. You agree to respect the intellectual property rights of zombie-ai.pro and of third parties.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to do any of the following while using Zombie AI.

Abuse of the Platform

• Accessing the service without authorization or circumventing rate limits and usage restrictions
• Interfering with the security or performance of the service
• Bypassing security features, content filters, or the credit system
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or trying to extract our models or algorithms
• Reselling or redistributing generated clips in a way that breaks the license terms

Illegal Content and Activities

• Using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Generating, storing, distributing, or transmitting child sexual abuse material
• Generating or distributing content involving illegal drugs, trafficking, violent crime, or terrorism
• Creating content for fraud, scams, or identity theft

Adult and Restricted Content

• Creating pornographic or explicit sexual imagery
• Generating nudity or sexually suggestive material
• Providing adult entertainment, escort, or sex-related services
• Creating deepfakes that violate privacy, dignity, or consent
• Generating non-consensual intimate material

Gambling and Financial Fraud

• Using the service for gambling, betting, lotteries, or games of chance
• Running pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, or deceptive marketing
• Unauthorized financial services, crypto scams, or investment fraud
• Counterfeit goods, pirated software, or other intellectual property violations

Artificial Intelligence Restrictions

• Generating hate speech, harassment, discriminatory material, or content that incites violence
• Generating misleading deepfakes for political manipulation, fake news, or fraud
• Bulk generating spam, phishing messages, or malware
• Circumventing moderation systems or security filters
• Creating fake identities, forged documents, or false credentials
• Generating content that infringes on portrait or privacy rights

Other Restricted Businesses

• Selling tobacco, e-cigarettes, cannabis, or related paraphernalia
• Selling weapons, ammunition, explosives, or dangerous items
• Unapproved pharmaceuticals or counterfeit medicines
• Trade in endangered species or illegal wildlife products

Important notice: We decide, in our sole discretion, whether content violates these terms, and we may suspend or terminate a violating account without prior notice. For serious violations we cooperate with law enforcement. You are legally responsible for the content you generate and distribute.

Privacy and Data Collection

We collect the types of information described in our Privacy Policy, including account information, usage details, device information, cookies, and the payment and billing information needed to process a purchase. Please read that policy for the full description.

Third-Party Providers

The generation of a clip is carried out by a third-party video provider. Its availability, output, and behavior are outside our control, and its own terms may apply to your use.

Acceptable Use of Volume Workflows

Where a plan offers a large allowance of credits, that allowance is a measured credit balance, not unmetered or technically unrestricted use. Subscription credits refresh at renewal and do not roll over. We may apply reasonable rate limits or review usage that involves automated mass generation, credential sharing, resale of account access, attempts to bypass credit accounting, unusual infrastructure load, or fraud.

When it is practical, we tell the account holder and give relevant context before adjusting or suspending a plan. We may act immediately when that is needed to protect users, providers, or service security. Questions about an intended high-volume workflow can be sent to support@zombie-ai.pro before you buy.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or harms other users, us, or third parties.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranty about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service and disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, zombie-ai.pro is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless zombie-ai.pro, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the service or your violation of these terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which zombie-ai.pro operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes arising from these terms or the service are resolved through binding arbitration under the applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page, and your continued use of the service after a change means you accept the new terms.

Inactive Accounts

Zombie AI may schedule an eligible unpaid account for deletion after at least 30 consecutive days without recorded activity. A scheduled account gets 30 days’ advance notice and a reminder seven days before deletion. Signing in or confirming that you want to keep the account cancels the schedule. The rule excludes accounts with successful payment history, an active subscription, or refund, chargeback, or dispute history. Unused credits expire when the account is deleted.
